This publication is an updated translation, adapted to the conditions of the Spanish National Health System, of the contents of the CG 27 Referral Guidelines for suspected cancer

This early detection guideline provides a set of general recommendations, as well as specific recommendations for children and adolescents with cancer. One of the key elements that are exposed are the possible suspicions of leukaemia and lymphoma, central nervous system tumours, neuroblastoma, Wilms' tumour, bone sarcomas, soft tissue sarcomas or ritoblastoma. In addition, possible complementary examinations, other information and types of referral are presented.
